Join The National Exemplar for a delicious night with Ballast Point Brewing Company beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2018! The night will feature four beers from Ballast Point’s spring releases paired perfectly with dishes presented by executive chef Ed Przedwiecki and The National Exemplar culinary team. Ballast Point focuses on a perfect balance of taste and aroma, which will be present in the selection:

Course 1

Fried shrimp bahn mi sliders with pickled vegetables and sriracha aiolo; paired with Aloha Sculpin hazy IPA

Course 2

Pork duet of chili-rubbed tenderloin & crispy belly with slow-cooked goat cheese grits, frisee-watercress salad and blackberries; paired with Sour Wench blackberry ale

Course 3

Dry-aged lamb chop with parsnip puree, charred ramp and mint chimichurri; paired with Piper Down Scottish ale

Course 4

Victory at Sea porter beer float with Madisono’s toasted coconut caramel ice cream
